Had a really great stay on a road trip & would stay here again. The hotel was in a favorable location, close to everything. Besides, it was adjacent to Dalhart and Texas and numerous fast food places.

The location was comfy and secure, for example, Xit Museum was at walking distance from the hotel. The room we had included climate control, flat-screen television and a microwave oven. The bathroom was good, it was nice to have a tub.
The staff was a little inexperienced.

Pool area was old, in poor repair and absolutely filthy. Hot tub was barely warm and completely unusable. Found three roaches in bedroom at night. Left over waste in room. Hotel as a whole is a fleabag! For nearly a hundred bucks, a total ripoff! Have had better stays in hotels costing $29/night. Dalhart isn't exactly a resort town, but places this run down usually rent by the hour. Avoid this stinkhole like the plague!

Convenient and cozy spot for a pit stop during our road trip. It's surrounded by lots of familiar fast food joints and the train tracks, making it a bustling area. Super close to everything we needed 🚉.
